Statement on the processing of personal data and information communication (GDPR)

We would like to assure you that our company takes the protection of personal data very seriously in the long term and preparation for the GDPR was one of the priorities we focused on.

Given that, in preparation for the GDPR, our company adapted its internal processes and systems to this new legal regulation to the maximum extent possible (including strengthening security), trained its employees and took a number of other measures (e.g. appointing a personal data protection officer), we are still able to guarantee you that even with the advent of the GDPR, all personal data processed by us will be subject to a high standard of their protection. It is also a matter of course to ensure the proper fulfillment of the rights and obligations that the GDPR brings to us as the so-called administrators of personal data.

The NEXTCLINICS Czech a.s. group issues this Declaration on the processing of personal data and information communications, in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the instruction of data subjects, which takes effect on 25/05/2018.
